Let’s be real here: the U.S. fully deserves to top our third Power Rankings of the 2022 Women’s Worlds with its 12-1 quarter-final win over Hungary as Hilary Knight became the all-time tournament scoring leader. Canada is right there in second place, thanks to its 3-0 blanking of Sweden. However, the wildest move sees the Czechs leap into third place after shocking Finland 2-1 in overtime for their first playoff win ever. And more hockey magic awaits in Herning and Frederikshavn with the medals yet to be handed out.
