The arrangements for the 2023 IIHF Ice Hockey World Championship are progressing at a rapid pace. The open ticket sale has started and new partners have joined in.

Open ticket sales for the 2023 IIHF Ice Hockey World Championship are currently underway. Day tickets for the games played in Tampere are now on sale.

Heikki Hietanen, Secretary General of the Local Organizing Committee, says that tickets are on sale for all games, and there are different ticket categories to choose from.

“This year, we have more tickets on sale than last year already at the draw stage, so there are still plenty of tickets for purchase, the number varies from game to game. So far, we have sold more than 100,000 tickets to the participants in the draw,” said Hietanen.

For the second time in the history of the IIHF Ice Hockey World Championship, a ticket draw has been held, and it has gone well this time too. The pace of ticket sales is about the same as last year.
