The 2024 IIHF Ice Hockey U18 World Championship will take place in Espoo and Vantaa, Finland from April 25 to May 5, 2024. As in all big events, also in tyhis tournament around 400 volunteers will be required to organize the tournament.
Volunteering offers a unique opportunity to become a part of the tournament organization.
Tasks are available in all areas of the tournament. It is worth applying, even if you have no previous experience of volunteering at sports events.
Anyone over the age of 16 can apply to be a volunteer. Friendly behavior as well as language skills, at least knowledge of Finnish and English is necessary in most of the positions. Some tasks may also require special skills, for example technical skills or a driver's license.
