The Organizing Committee of the 2026 IIHF Ice Hockey World Championship in Switzerland has officially updated the schedule for the final weekend.
According to the new schedule, the semi-finals will take place on 30 May, with semi-final 1 set for 15:20 and semi-final 2 scheduled for 20:00. The following day, 31 May, will feature the bronze medal game (BMG) at 15:30, followed by the tournament’s grand finale - the gold medal game (GMG) at 20:20.
As Switzerland prepares to host the world, fans can expect an unforgettable atmosphere both inside the arenas, at the Official Fan Zones, and throughout the country. The race for gold is on, and the countdown to 2026 IIHF Ice Hockey World Championship has begun!
