With the conclusion of Wednesday's quarter-finals, four teams advance to the semi-finals of the 2026 IIHF Ice Hockey U18 Men's World Championship, which will both be played on Friday, 1 May at Pavol Demitra Ice Hockey Stadium in Trencin. 

Both games will be rematches from the group stage:

15:00 – Slovakia vs Latvia

19:00 – Czechia vs Sweden

Times are listed in Central European Time. The two winners will advance to the final, while the semi-final losers will meet to play for the bronze medal. Both medal games will be played on Sunday, also in Trencin.
