The International Ice Hockey Federation has announced the winners of the individual awards and the tournament all-star team after the gold-medal game of the 2026 IIHF U18 Women’s World Championship.

The MVP and tournament all-star team are voted by the accredited media.

With a single-tournament record of 12 goals for Team USA, 16-year-old forward Jane Daley of Medfield, Mass. was named the tournament's most valuable player and won gold for the United States.

On the tournament All-Star team, she is joined by her captain and teammate, Margaret Averill, who was named best defender.

Three members of the silver medal-winning Canadians were also named to the All-Star team: forwards Adrianna Milani and Sofia Ismael, and defender Megan Mossey.

The All-Star goaltender was Switzerland's Norina Schrupkowski, who stopped 149 of 159 shots to post a 93.71 save percentage over 227:52 of game action.

In a separate process, the tournament directorate nominated its top players for the IIHF Directorate Awards. The directorate selected Schrupkowski, Averill and Daley for their honours.
