Season Evaluation

In the 2022-2023 seasons last IIHF Skills4All we are happy to invite you to an interesting session on the topic of season evaluation. The continues effort to analyze performance and results on various levels is a key factor to have an understanding of a team and/or organizations current performance as per expectations but also a fundamental piece for the future actions and activities on an overall level or down to individual players/coaches etc. The IIHF is very proud to invite representatives from a club perspective and from a national federation perspective to share their work and philosophies around the season evaluation and how this becomes an important activity in their overall programming and activity plan. Main speakers are Mr. Gergely Majoross from HC Nove Zamky and a member of the IIHF coaching committee together with Mr. Lars Weibel with his team from the Swiss Ice Hockey Federation.
