As Senior Manager of Athletics at the Swiss Ice Hockey Federation and Head of Performance at HC Fribourg Gottéron, Simon Holdener designs training frameworks that optimize player growth and ensure athletes progress with the right support systems.
A key focus of his work is programming for the investment years of a player’s pathway. The ultimate goal is to build a sustainable pipeline of skilled players for top-level competition by fostering continuous improvement and innovation.
