Transitioning from player to coach

The main presenter, coming from Hungary, Gergely Majoross during his playing career played under several clubs and the Hungarian National Team. After his playing career finished he became a coach, first with youth players, then with pro’s and as different Hungarian National Teams. This season he was coaching a club in Germany and is IIHF Coaching Committee member. His reflection on his coaches and how they helped him as a person as well as different challenges from being a player to coach will bring us different ideas how we can influence people and help them grow.

In addition, Jorma Mäkipää from Vierumäki Sport Institute, will finish up the webinar series for this season with overview and recap of this seasons’ IIHF MNA Developer program and plans for next season. As well will introduce us to the degree options for new upcoming coaches.
